Manufacturing and Assembly of Selective soldering and LTS lead tinning products. They have an integrated Process Laboratory to process the samples.They have X-ray inspection equipment installed for internal post-solder examination and a 40X power microscope for external inspection.

LTS-200 Lead Tinning System

The LTS200 is an automated machine specifically intended for the Hi-Rel lead tinning process whereby aged components can be refurbished in preparation for re-qualification to Hi-Rel standards.

The LTS200 system is the mid-range automated lead-tinning system offered by ACE. It features two dynamic nitrogen inerted solder pots, (one dedicated to remove the old finish and any contamination while the other puts on a fresh layer of pure solder alloy), a dynamic flat wave fluxing station and a forced hot air pre-heat station
