Principles of Microprocessor System This class continues with the study of the design of Embedded Systems which was started in EE/CS 51. In this class the main focus is on hardware – Glen George.

VoIP Telephone The Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone is a microprocessor-based system which is capable of making and receiving phone calls over the internet. The system will handle voice quality (300 Hz to 3.7 KHz) audio signals. It will be capable of making calls to any other standard SIP-based VoIP phone.
